The NEAR Foundation Ecosystem Team supports builders with tools, resources and connections to accelerate their project.

What Ecosystem Team does:

  • Work with teams evaluating NEAR
  • Curate and coordinate resources from across the ecosystem to support projects
  • Monitor projects and developments in the NEAR Ecosystem
  • Share information and connect members of the ecosystem

Onboarding Checklist

We recommend that new projects perform the following onboarding tasks:


Milestone Payout Process:​

Onfido Kyc is now mandatory for all funding streams

The process for grant & milestone payments is pretty straightforward.

  • Fill out the invoice (template) accordingly with the information pertaining to the grant/milestone, payment instructions, etc.
  • Send the completed invoice to invoices@near.foundation, and cc in mark.ery@near.foundation or cindy.lam@near.foundation
    • If the invoice is for milestone completion, please send proof of milestone completion (link, screenshot) as well
  • Mark or Cindy will follow up with KYC procedure, or confirm it has been completed if already done
  • Once KYC has been approved our finance team will send payment via instructions provided in the invoice within 48 working hours
